Cancellation Policy
Moss Mirror Rental Cancellation & Refund Policy Full Payment Due Full payment of $400 is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation to secure your rental date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be automatically cancelled. Cancellations 7+ days before rental date: full refund minus a $25 processing fee 3 to 6 days before rental date: 50% refund Less than 72 hours before rental date: no refund Rescheduling One free reschedule is permitted with 72+ hours notice, subject to availability. Care Requirements The Moss Mirror features preserved moss and foliage and must be cared for as follows: No water or spraying of any kind No direct sunlight Indoor use only, in a temperature regulated space Must not be placed in highly humid areas Preserved materials are delicate and will be permanently damaged if these care requirements are not followed. Wear & Tear Normal wear from handling and transport is expected and will not be charged. Damage & Fine The Moss Mirror is photographed before pickup and after return. Damage beyond normal wear, including water exposure, humidity or heat damage, broken glass or frame, torn or missing foliage, or rough handling, will result in a fine based on the extent of damage, up to the full replacement value of $1,000.
