Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Moss Society

We believe creativity should be stress-free! If you can’t make it to your event for any reason, simply let us know before the event starts and we’ll issue you a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Cancel
Email us at Nicole@themosssociety.com with your name, event date, and order number.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If We Cancel:
If The Moss Society needs to cancel or reschedule, you’ll get a full refund or the option to move your ticket to another date.
